Terms of Service for Digital Recordings LTD
Welcome to Digital Recordings LTD. By accessing our studio, using our services, or visiting our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Deposits

Reservations: A deposit may be required to secure your recording session date and time.

Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

Arrival: Session time begins at the scheduled start time. Please arrive promptly to maximize your studio time.
2. Payments & Fees

Rates: All services are billed at the current hourly or project-based rates as discussed during booking.

Final Delivery: Final masters, stems, and high-resolution files will be released only after full payment has been received.

Additional Costs: Clients are responsible for any additional costs incurred during production, such as specialized equipment rentals or session musician fees.
3. Content & Intellectual Property

Ownership: You represent that you own or have the legal right to use all materials (lyrics, beats, samples) brought into the studio. Digital Recordings LTD is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from client-provided materials.

Work-for-Hire: Unless a separate
orArtist Development is signed, Digital Recordings LTD claims no ownership over your original compositions.Production Contract -
Credit: We appreciate being credited as the recording/production facility in your liner notes or digital metadata (e.g., "Recorded at Digital Recordings LTD").
4. Studio Rules & Liability

Equipment: Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment or property caused by negligence or misuse by the client or their guests.

Conduct: We maintain a professional environment. We reserve the right to terminate a session without a refund if a client’s behavior is deemed unsafe or unprofessional.

Data Backup: While we maintain backups during the project, we are not responsible for long-term storage of your files after the project is closed. We strongly recommend you request and store your own copies of all stems and masters.
5. Limitation of Liability
Digital Recordings LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or the loss of digital data.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
